Pfisterei accommodates 100 to 140 people.
Pfisterei is a large banquet hall with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out onto the garden restaurant. In summer the windows can be opened all the way to give the feeling of sitting in a summer house where building and nature become one. This banquet hall is centrally located near the "Rossschwemme" and the Laurentius fountain, adjacent to Restaurant Mühle with its huge mill wheel. Here we cater for the culinary needs of our seminar groups and various other parties. The Pfisterei with its massive partition wall is also suitable for private events in an exclusive setting, which are possible on certain days on request.
