Monastery Shop

We produce high-quality natural specialities from agriculture, viticulture and horticulture. In our on-site cheese dairy, butchery, bakery and kitchen, we process and refine raw materials directly into exquisite natural products.

As well as growing and processing food, our supervised employees with special needs practise various crafts in our workshops. The popular wild bee hotel, for example, comes from the carpentry workshop, and our creative team constantly surprises us with their own new creations.

In this way, we continue to make use of the former monastery's legacy and natural conditions to this day.
