Garden Art Route ⋅ 1

Four people will accompany you to special places and draw your attention to the hidden beauties of the monastery gardens. Using a map, visitors determine their own route and discover that the stories told by the four people are shaped by their particular interests.

An elderly man ponders the fundamental conditions of existence and occasionally recites a poem. A young woman, who may be a landscape gardener, is knowledgeable about the changes in the design of various garden areas over the centuries. Meanwhile, a young art historian walks his audience through museum rooms and gardens, losing himself in fantasies about the nature and landscapes reflected in the paintings and sculptures. Finally, an elderly woman is an expert on the effects of herbs and how they are still used in products today.
