Supported employment opportunities

The 50 supported workplaces make a significant contribution to the maintenance and operation of Kartause Ittingen. Employees with special needs are fully integrated into our teams, which take care of the upkeep and preservation of the former monastery complex

In their daily work, trained specialists provide professional guidance and support within the reference person system. Development is promoted through support planning and location meetings. During working hours from 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., support from the daycare staff is guaranteed at all times, including during breaks and lunch.
