The Pfisterei is a large banquet hall with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the garden restaurant. In summer, these windows can be fully opened, giving you an immediate feeling of being in a summer arbour where space and nature converge. The hall is centrally located near the Laurentius fountain, and is adjacent to the à la carte restaurant Mühle, which has a large mill wheel. Throughout the day, various groups and seminar participants are treated to culinary delights here. The Pfisterei can also be used for private events in an exclusive setting on certain days, subject to availability.
