Barbecue event in a rural setting
The 'Weidstall' is an agricultural building comprising a cowshed and a small guest room, offering wonderful views of the Thur landscape. Pure idyll! It is in this unique setting that the four-metre-long barbecue is lit. While you wait for the charcoal to glow, you can enjoy an aperitif followed by fine produce from our farms: Rolf's sausages, steaks and bacon from the farm butchery; David's Rebkäse cheese from our own dairy; and a glass of wine from the Kartause cellar or a cool Ittinger Amber beer. Experience an unforgettable 'rustic' evening surrounded by Ittinger cuisine, country air and authentic culture.
Please wear suitable footwear, as you will be walking over gravel paths to reach the pasture barn.
