We produce many of the ingredients for our Ittinger specialities ourselves. Around 200 of these are grown on 60 hectares of land. We process our milk into cheese on site, make sausages, dry fruit and grow herbs for tea and cooking.

We combine pleasure with purpose

We source 95% of our products from Switzerland, and whenever possible, from selected local and regional producers. Our meat comes from our own estate and nearby farms. Transparency is important to us, and nature remains nature: products may run out at short notice, including our own. In this case, our kitchen team will provide suitable alternatives, and our service team will keep you informed.
