Don't miss the unmistakable Ittinger Original and Ittinger Gold Beer, which are brewed with passion. To complete the experience, we offer a selection of fine spirits, carefully chosen from Swiss producers and traditional European monasteries. It's a place for moments of pleasure that linger.

Our cocktails are unique, just like the ingredients we use. Some of our drinks, for example, are sweetened with Ittinger verjus instead of lemon juice. Our syrups are made using herbs and fruits sourced from the Kartause Ittingen monastery. Our bartender, Carlos, is a true expert and creates refreshing drinks based on his own recipes.
