Treat yourself to some mindful 'me time': practise yoga with Ben Rakidzija to strengthen your body and mind.
Yoga classes take place at 8.30 a.m. (followed by 15 minutes of meditation) and at 5 p.m. and are suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners of all ages. Always striving to find the right balance between strengthening and relaxation, the aim of the yoga classes is to achieve a stable body and a clear mind.
When booking the package, two classes per night and morning meditation are included.
Yoga mats, towels and water are provided for you. We are happy to reserve a table for you in our Mühle restaurant for lunch and dinner.
There are no yoga lessons on Sunday evenings or Monday mornings.
In yoga, we practise a free style of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and QiGong, bringing the body into tension and stretching, into calm and lightness. In Zazen, we enter into the conscious silence of Zen meditation and concentrate on a simple, traditional method of clearing the mind.
