Enjoy yoga, meditation and tranquillity, and take some time out for yourself. Be mindful, escape everyday life, and immerse yourself in nature and the joy of movement. Learn and practise a variety of different types of yoga.

Yoga classes take place at 8.30am (followed by 15 minutes of meditation) and 5pm. They are suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners of all ages. The aim of the lessons is to strike the right balance between strengthening and relaxation, achieving a stable body and a clear mind.

  • Enjoy an overnight stay in one of our unique hotel rooms, complete with a generous Ittinger breakfast buffet featuring hearty produce from our own estate.

  • Two yoga sessions are included each night, at 5 p.m. and 8.30 a.m. (followed by 15 minutes of meditation in the morning), and yoga mats and water are provided.

  • Breakfast is served until 10:30am.

  • Free admission to the Thurgau Art Museum and the Ittingen Museum.

  • Use of the hotel's own bicycles is also included.

  • There is a public transport connection to us, as well as Wi-Fi and fresh Thurgau country air.
