The Restaurant Mühle invites guests to linger and enjoy themselves with its large mill wheel dating from 1870 and adjoining garden restaurant.

Our kitchen team will treat you with healthy, seasonal dishes prepared with great care. In keeping with the monastic tradition of self-sufficiency, our menu features produce from our estate, including items from our cheese dairy, butcher's shop, bakery, market garden, fish farm and vineyard. In addition to our own products, we also source ingredients from local suppliers. You will be delighted by our charming and competent service team.
